Absidid_Wagner called police because he believed someone was trying to break into a unit he was staying at. When police arrived, they found the unit owner locked out. She told police Absidid-Wagner wouldn't open the door. He became uncooperative, and in a struggle with police, managed to take on of their Tasers and used it on the officers. Absidid-Wagner was arrested for first-degree assault and taken to the Maui Memorial Medical Center, where he died four hours after the incident. Toxicology reports later found meth in his system.
