Louis was wanted by the Hawaii Fugitive Task Force for outstanding warrants for firearm and drug offenses, according to police. When confronted by officers at his home, Louis climbed onto his roof and hurled dog cages and poles at police. Ofc. Chris Calio got onto the roof with Louis, who shortly after charged Calio with a hammer. Calio shot until Louis stopped, according to court records.
